BioThis is a dream journal for myself. I will try to write down dreams that seem to be meaningful or special to me, whether they are good and peaceful dreams or nightmares or something in between. I have a lot of nightmares and that is where the name for this journal also comes from; if I have nightmares night after night I can at least try to face the shadows and find some light behind them.
